This is my story. It helps me connect and relate to my clients. Coupled with my nutrition education and extra training in herbs, women’s health and gut health, I’m a wealth of information to support you!

I’m a registered holistic nutritionist that loves science yet appreciates tradition and herbal wisdom. I’ve been helping clients transform their health and wellness for over 8 years. I’ve been plant-based for over a decade (no, you don’t need to be to work together). I’m a mom to a wild child and I love hiking. My daily non negotiables are a soy matcha and dark chocolate.

I’m familiar with trying to navigate the western medical system and not getting answers. Recently, I opted to test myself and learned I had gut infections and a thyroid autoimmune disease. When I was a teenager, I was put on the birth control and accutane for mild acne. Then I had an IUD for over a decade because I didn't know enough about my menstrual cycle. All to say, I’ve been where you are too.
