Our Low Fat Vegan Diet has been designed so that under 30% of daily calories come from fat. The recipes included are packed with whole grains, legumes, fruit and veggies with only small amounts of nuts, seeds, and cooking oils.

The meal plan is gluten-free, high in fibre. Macros and vitamins/minerals included for each recipe. If you’re optimizing hormones and fertility, I do not recommend low fat.

I could make so many of these! One about knowing your vitamin D, eating fermented foods, having your TSH between 1-2 and knowing if you have antibodies present, taking magnesium daily.
