The Best Food for Mood and Gut Health
What we eat impacts our mood. We make 90% of our serotonin in our gut and the vagus nerve is the modulator of the gut-brain axis (see my Instagram reel from last week on this). I love running group hormone programs and in this course we always address the gut. We must take care of our gut for our mood and our hormonal health.
